RE-Collect is a program offered by LRS to provide creditors an additional resource to collect accounts that were left uncollected previously with another agency. These accounts are usually referred to as 2nd placements. The creditor decides the amount of time to allow the Primary agency to keep an account before returning the account to the creditor due to the non-collection of the debt. The original creditor then places the account with LRS to be worked in the RE-Collect program which also includes Skip tracing.
